The construction of the base started in January last year, and about 60% of the investment plan has been completed. Wang Hailun, deputy general manager of Zhongwei Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., said that the project plans to build a development pattern of "one district, four parks and one college", which will become an important support for the province to build a 100-billion-level nylon new material industry after completion. Among them, 19 sub-projects in Area A of the Core Material Park, Military Products Park and Industrial Products Park have been fully completed and put into operation; The main construction of the cord fabric project workshop in Area B of the Gongpin Park has been completed, and the equipment is about to enter the site for installation and commissioning; The foundations of the 4 production workshops in the Minpin Park are being fully excavated.
In the high-performance nylon 66 fiber production workshop that has been put into production, nylon 66 slices the size of rice grains are shaped into nylon 66 industrial filament by hot roller drafting at a high temperature of 300 °C after drying, spiral extrusion, melt spinneret and other processes. Last year, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber focused on high-end, intelligent and green, upgraded the production line and equipment, and replaced manual labor with robots in some links, which greatly improved production efficiency.

Wang Hailun said that at present, Zhongwei Chemical Fiber has an annual output of 30,000 tons of nylon 66 industrial filament production scale, to the first half of this year, will become the nylon 66 low denier silk, airbag wire and other subdivisions of the world champion.

"Our project is equipped with more than 300 sets of release cloth production equipment, with an annual output of 80 million square meters of release cloth, and the products are widely used in wind power generation, shipbuilding, aerospace and other fields.
