Equipment preparation and inspection
First of all, make sure that the hot blast stove, dust collector, induced draft fan, blower and other supporting equipment have been installed correctly.
The fan is inspected to confirm that the blades are turned correctly, and that the air volume control valve and feeding adjustment plate are adjustable and adjusted to the appropriate position according to the design before manufacturing.
The device boots up
After confirming that all equipment is correct, light the hot blast stove and start the smoke inducer.
Later, turn on the fan and motor to ensure that the entire system is in normal operation.
Temperature control and material dispensing
The air temperature is monitored through the dashboard, and when it reaches the preset requirements, the material is dispensed.
The feeding speed should be appropriate and match the output. In general, the air temperature at the outlet of the dryer is recommended to be between 80 and 120.
If the temperature is too high or too low, it can be controlled by adjusting the dosage amount. At the same time, pay attention to observe whether the host motor is running normally, if the motor is out of operation, it may indicate that there are too many materials in the machine, and it should be shut down and cleaned up in time.
Trials and yield assessments
To facilitate the calculation of yield, the recommended test time is 1 to 2 hours.
At the end of the test, the moisture content of the material is measured. If the expected requirements are not met, the dryer can be adjusted as needed, such as increasing the hot air volume or adjusting the feeder speed to increase the inlet air temperature.
Shutdown and follow-up operations
After the feeding test, the cooling operation is first carried out to ensure that the air temperature of the hot blast furnace is reduced to the specified value.
After the air temperature is reduced, turn off the main unit and power supply to complete the whole operation process.
Precautions
When adjusting the temperature, it is important to pay attention to safety to avoid burns or other accidental injuries.
Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure long-term stable operation.
Through the above steps, you can effectively adjust the temperature of the flash dryer to ensure that the material gets the best drying effect.
