In recent years, the college has adhered to the principle of educating people, built a new model of "135" with a main line, three systems, ten projects and five guarantees, focusing on "full staff, full process and all-round", and with the goal of "building souls, talents and dreams", it has created an integrated education system of "three alls and three constructions" with unique college characteristics, promoted the quality and innovation of "three comprehensive education", and focused on cultivating Luban students who are responsible for national rejuvenation.

1. Adhere to one main line
The college adheres to the principle of cultivating people with virtue, comprehensively coordinates the educational resources and educational forces in all fields of running and governing the school, all aspects of education and teaching, and all aspects of talent training, and strives to cultivate socialist builders and people with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, and strives to cultivate Luban students who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
In the past two years, the indiscipline rate of students in school spirit inspections has been less than 15%, 286 and 1458 people were awarded the A-level certificate of comprehensive quality of provincial and university students respectively, ranking among the best in the province's higher vocational colleges; Participated in the "Internet +" College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won 2 national bronze awards, 2 provincial gold awards, 1 silver award and 5 bronze awards, participated in the vocational college skills competition (higher vocational group) and won 1 second prize and 5 third prizes in the national competition, 21 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 13 third prizes in the provincial competition; Among the graduates of the class of 2021 and 2022, the number of employees in large state-owned enterprises, mainly central enterprises, is 6,233, accounting for 50 of the total number of graduates42%, the quality of graduates is highly recognized by enterprises.
Second, build three major systems
1.Create a "curriculum ideological and political" education system.

3. Implement ten projects
The college implements the ten major education projects of "curriculum, scientific research, practice, culture, network, psychology, management, service, funding, and organization", and has achieved the effectiveness of curriculum education, a new chapter in scientific research and education, practice and strong skills, cultural education to raise the banner, network education to defend the position, psychological education to nourish the soul, management education to promote reform, service education to benefit the people's livelihood, sponsors to warm people's hearts, organize and educate people to show vitality, and achieve the education goal of "building souls, building talents, and building dreams", and in 2021, the college was approved as the second batch of "three comprehensive education" in the province In 2022, the college was selected as a typical school of "three comprehensive education" in provincial vocational colleges.
1.The course is effective in educating people.
The college has deepened the reform of the "three educations" with teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods as the core, reconstructed the modular curriculum system, formulated 61 curriculum standards, integrated 100% of the "four new" technologies into the curriculum standards, and built 4 national open courses.
As of 2022, a total of 17 provincial curriculum ideological and political demonstration projects (10 demonstration courses) have been approved, forming a "5443" course ideological and political model with the characteristics of higher vocational civil engineering majors, which has typical demonstration significance in the country, and won 13 Sichuan Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Awards in 2021, among which "Construction and Practice of Ideological and Political System of Higher Vocational Civil Engineering Professional Courses" won the first prize.

2.A new chapter in scientific research and education.
The college has carried out the work of "abolition, reform and establishment" of the scientific research system, and the scientific research management is scientific and standardized. 23 college-level scientific research and innovation teams have been established. Sichuan Provincial Engineering Research Center for Resource Utilization of Urban Sludge and Building Materials was approved as Sichuan Engineering Research Center. From 2021 to 2022, 253 scientific research projects (2 at the national level, 2 at the provincial and ministerial level, and 249 others) were approved, 631 numbers were published (including 140 core articles), 29 "four technology" services, 9 technical standards were compiled, and 106 job patents were published.
3.Practice to educate people and strengthen skills.
The college organizes college students to participate in national and provincial college student innovation and entrepreneurship competitions and achieves good results. The special allocation is used to support high-quality social practice projects, give teachers and students volunteer service evaluation, and select outstanding collectives, individuals and projects.
Jointly build an off-campus moral education practice base with the Management Committee of the Earthquake Site Park, and jointly construct a large ideological and political pattern between the school and the locality; We will build 5 shared basic training bases and shared professional characteristic training bases with "wide foundation and precise direction", and build 2 national productive training bases.
Actively explore the "five modernizations and five advances" to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents, the collaborative innovation of government, industry, academia and research, the deep integration of enterprises and schools, the "three linkages + five integrations + five docking" to achieve "three interactions" collaborative education, and the "three full, three creation and three construction" to explore the practice of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education mode.
4.Cultural education raises the banner.
With the cultivation and practice of socialist core values as the core, the college continuously strengthens the construction of the campus environment, internalizes the explicit cultural construction into first-class cultural education, and integrates it into the whole staff, the whole process and the all-round education of the college, so as to create a cultural atmosphere with the Luban spirit as the main content.
Exploring the "173" model of cultural construction of "sticking to one position, innovating seven carriers, and achieving three goals", we have created a campus culture with profound connotation and distinctive characteristics, and obtained a demonstration unit for cultural construction in the construction industry. With the "Luban Architectural Culture Festival" as the carrier, a series of activities such as singing red songs, keynote speeches, patriotic movie viewing, knowledge competitions, youth recitations, and art exhibitions will be carried out.

5.The network educates people to defend their positions.
The college takes "two micro and one end" as the center, integrates special topics, and features WeChat groups and QQ groups of each class to implement online education. It has created a "three-complete and three-building" education, and explored the "Luban Craftsman" network education function. 1 national-level virtual training base has been established, and the teaching resource library of construction engineering technology and engineering cost has been used by 864824 people.
6.Psychology educates people and nourishes the soul.
Relying on the Provincial Ideological and Political Excellence Project of Colleges and Universities, "Construction of Psychological Education Practice System of "Pleasant Project" Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Concept of "333", the college vigorously promotes the work of psychological education. In 2022, the college was successfully approved as a famous teacher's studio for ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities in Sichuan Province - "Ingenuity" Wei Jing Famous Teacher's Studio.
A psychological service system with the concept of "three", "three defenses" and "three strong" has been established, and personalized psychological files for students have been established. Through the "figure-8 diagnosis and spiral chart", the working mechanism of students' psychological early warning has been continuously improved. A mental health development site and a "spiritual garden" have been preliminarily built.

7.Management educates people to promote reform.
Under the leadership of the Constitution, the college has established a governance system under the leadership of the party committee, the dean is responsible, the professors are in charge of the school, democratic management, social participation, and the management of the school according to law. Continuously improve the internal control mechanism of "ISO9000+ diagnosis and reform", combine the ISO9000 quality management system with "diagnosis and reform", optimize the quality control system, and explore the governance system with college characteristics to guide the way for diagnosis and reform to set up a platform and promote the quality of running a school and the ability to govern the school to a higher level.
8.Serve and educate people and benefit people's livelihood.
The college focuses on the "five only" tumor diseases, service efficiency, talent training, scientific research and innovation, etc., and carries out 62 "practical things for the people". We will continue to improve the employment information service platform, upgrade the employment management system, basically realize informatization and precision, build an employment service platform for 6,000 people, build an employment assistance system for graduates with difficulties in colleges, departments and classes, adhere to the principle of "leaving school without centrifugation", and do a good job in continuous employment extension services, and the service quality and service level are well received by students, parents and society.
9.Funding and educating people warms people's hearts.
The college has established an eight-in-one funding guarantee system of "awards, attendance, assistance, loans, supplements, exemptions, reimbursements, and donations", and infiltrates the concept of education into various funding measures of the eight-in-one funding and security system, with about 8,000 students receiving assistance every year. In the colleges, departments and classes, four levels of funding work institutions have been established to ensure that the evaluation process is open, fair and just. 10.Organize and educate people to show vitality.

3.Speed up the construction of facilities.
