How to solve this problem, so that China's new energy vehicle industry long-term development, vigorous development, sustainable development, to solve the battery problem or mileage problem must be the first key problem to solve. The first is to increase the construction and popularization of charging facilities and equipment. Strengthen the renovation of old communities, and change no less than one-third of the parking spaces in the community to parking spaces with charging piles. Private installation of charging piles is allowed, and new residential parking spaces must be equipped with charging piles. The second is to reduce the charging cost and reduce the charging time. The third is to increase the research and development of new energy batteries. China has successfully developed a civilian atomic energy battery, which can be used for 50 years without charging.
