Finally, we need to cover the plastic wrap again and let the cookies stand for another 15 minutes to rise, until the pancakes are visibly fluffy and more than twice as big as they were at the beginning, and that's basically the case. Before we cook the sweet potato cake, remember to preheat the electric baking pan in advance, and put the cake we made for 5 minutes, which is basically enough.
