"In the past two years, the state has successively introduced a number of systems and measures, which have provided important support for improving the quality and efficiency of enterprise credit restoration, but there are still weak links in the specific implementation. Liu Qian found in the survey that "Credit China" and the national enterprise credit information publicity system are currently the main channels for publicizing corporate credit records, the former is guided by the People's Bank of China, sponsored by the State Information Center, and the latter is sponsored by the State Administration for Market Regulation. The two systems belong to different departments, and due to reasons such as data not being shared and repair policies are inconsistent, enterprise credit repair information is prone to out-of-sync problems.
In addition, there are currently some influential third-party commercial platforms that are also publicizing administrative punishment information, but there are often inconsistent data updates and delayed updates. "Often, the 'Credit China' and the national enterprise credit information publicity system have removed the records of enterprise dishonesty, but the third-party commercial platform is still publicizing, and some enterprises have reported that the third-party platform even has a record of fee revocation. Liu Qian said.
In this regard, Liu Qian suggested that the national level should establish a credit repair results sharing mechanism as soon as possible, open up the publicity system, and realize the automatic sharing of multiple systems by enterprises at one time, and at the same time, standardize the data collection and publicity behavior of third-party platforms, and severely crack down on malicious registration and false certification.
Liu Qian also believes that the credit repair process should be optimized and improved. "According to the relevant regulations, at present, it takes more than a week to complete the entire process of credit restoration, and the materials submitted by enterprises for restoration are different in different punishment areas, which is not conducive to creating a high-quality and efficient government affairs environment. Liu Qian suggested that the application materials and review procedures for credit repair should be further simplified, the difficulty of enterprise repair should be reduced, and the standardization and unification of materials in multiple fields should be realized, so as to facilitate the rapid completion of credit repair by credit subjects and truly "reduce the burden" on enterprises.
