Secondly, there should also be a routine in daily life. You can't sleep too late, and your life as a couple should be in moderation and don't overwork.

By doing the above two things, people's bodies and spirits can be completely unified, and their life spans will naturally be greatly extended. However, some people do not understand this truth, often drink a lot of alcohol, and have to live a married life after getting drunk, which not only consumes a lot of energy, but also does not live in moderation, and the life span will naturally be shortened.

Third, pay attention to wind and cold, and appropriately increase or decrease clothing according to the changes in the weather, so as not to let the evil and thief wind invade the body. Everyone understands this truth, so I won't say much about it here.

Fourth, maintain a pure-hearted mindset and let everything go naturally. Don't be full of perverse desires in your eyes, don't always think about lewd things in your heart, and don't always be too tired and sad because of things in the outside world.

Doing the above two points is also in line with the way of health preservation, and it is reasonable to extend the life expectancy.

In short, if these four aspects are persistently adhered to, the effect of prolonging life will be achieved.
