In these fast-changing times, it feels as if you're standing still, at the age of 30, it seems like nothing has been accomplished, and financial freedom is even more out of reach. However, I had to make a change. From today onwards, I want to consider saving as a necessity in my life and make financial management an important part of my life.

The Law of Attraction tells us, "What you care about, becomes your reality." Therefore, I believe that as long as I have a firm belief and save the first 10,000, then the first 100,000 will not be too far away.

In this age of information, we no longer have to indulge in lengthy soap operas, and those plots with dozens of episodes will only waste our precious time. We should devote our energy to improving our self-awareness, because the height of our knowledge determines our ability to make money.

*Documentaries and TED Talks are a great way for us to raise awareness and develop a money-making mindset. This high-quality content broadens our horizons and inspires us to think. Remember, you can never make more money than you know. Even if you occasionally pick up a "pie", you will eventually lose it due to a lack of corresponding awareness.

Reading, traveling, communicating, watching movies, watching documentaries, these are all effective ways to raise awareness, and they don't cost too much money. We must maintain our curiosity and desire for knowledge about the world, and constantly broaden our cognitive boundaries.

Here are a few of my personal recommendations that might help you upgrade your cognition:

Green Planet: Explore the mysteries of nature and feel the pulse of the earth.

2."Woman": Reveal the power and beauty of women and break gender stereotypes.

3."Mental Struggle" + book "Thinking, Fast and Slow": In-depth analysis of human thinking to improve decision-making ability.

4.But there are still books 2: Appreciate the charm of reading and stimulate the thirst for knowledge.

5."The King of Fraud": Expose the dark side of fraud and enhance the awareness of self-protection.

In these times of change, we need to find what we are truly passionate about. In this way, we can maintain the momentum to move forward, no matter what difficulties we face.

Personally, I really like the TED Talks, they not only enrich my knowledge base but also stimulate my zest for life. Through TED Talks, we can easily synchronize with those who are good and see the world on the shoulders of giants. It's an effective and quick way to improve yourself.

In the process of finding love, we don't have to blindly follow the trend or spend huge sums of money. A lot of quality resources are free or low-cost. For example, the following four TED Talks have given me profound inspiration:

At the age of 20, time will not come again": reminds us to cherish our youth and pursue our dreams bravely.

2."How to control your free time": teach us to arrange time reasonably and improve work efficiency.

3."The Inner World of Procrastination": Dissects the causes of procrastination and provides ways to overcome procrastination.

4."Confident Skills": Teach us how to improve our self-confidence and help us express ourselves better.

The purpose of raising awareness is to better guide our actions. Therefore, while improving cognition, we should also pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability. Only by applying knowledge to real-life problems can we truly improve our abilities.

We must have the courage to try new things and dare to challenge ourselves. Through continuous practice, summary, reflection and re-practice, we can transform our love and cognition into practical actions, so as to create more value.

In this materialistic society, we need to cultivate some low-cost but worthwhile good habits to enrich our lives and enhance our self-worth. Here are five good habits to recommend:

Exercise: Combined with the best documentary for exercise, not only exercise the body but also enrich the spiritual life; If you are not a fitness enthusiast, you don't need to apply for an expensive fitness card.

Streamline shopping: focus on quality over quantity; It is better to spend a little more money on comfortable and durable clothes than to buy a lot of cheap and low-quality clothes.

Healthy diet: reduce the intake of high-sugar and high-calorie milk tea and beverages; Drinking enough water every day is one of the easiest and most effective ways to maintain good health.

Rational financial planning: make a monthly budget and strictly implement it; Make sure you make ends meet and build wealth gradually.

Continuous learning: Investing in your own brain is the most valuable investment; Take advantage of free or low-cost resources to continuously learn new knowledge and skills to improve your self-worth.

For ordinary people, if they want to achieve financial freedom, they must get rid of the endless pursuit of material desires; In the case of limited earning ability, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of saving energy and ability, as well as the practice of low-cost lifestyle.
