Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, has developed a data monitoring system for individual industrial and commercial households, providing comprehensive data management and services such as data collection, data governance, and data application. Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, expanded the data analysis and application of individual industrial and commercial households, strengthened policy interpretation and publicity and guidance for individual industrial and commercial households with a certain scale, large development space, transformation and upgrading needs, and financial data standards, and guided 689 individual industrial and commercial households to successfully transform and upgrade.

Pilot units are to integrate actions to improve the data quality of individual industrial and commercial households into the construction of the credit system of local business entities, and promote the high-quality development of the local economy. Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, explored the use of credit compliance construction to guide the healthy development of individual industrial and commercial households, issued the "Measures for the Credit Management and Application of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households" and "Compliance Guidelines for Online Live Broadcast Marketing Activities" to guide the standardized development of the live broadcast e-commerce industry, and the compliance level of individual industrial and commercial households has been significantly improved, with the number of business registrations remaining at an average of about 2,700 per month, a year-on-year increase of 12%, and the live broadcast turnover on the city's Douyin platform exceeding 53 billion yuan, becoming a new bright spot in the development of the garment industry.
