As Kobayashi, I share with you the wisdom of personal growth and women's improvement every day. Immersed in the books of traditional culture, Chinese culture, and sage culture, my heart seemed to be moistened by a clear spring, calm as water. As Chinese, we are well aware of the breadth and depth of traditional Chinese culture. The three major schools of thought of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism all emphasize one point of view: stillness can produce wisdom. Only when the mind is calmed down will the state of mind become clear, and the wisdom in the heart will spring up like a spring. A person with a calm heart, full of great love, great compassion, and fearless righteousness, can maintain inner peace and stability no matter how things change in the world.
Why do we sometimes find it difficult to meditate? That's because there is too much "garbage" piled up in the mind. These "garbage" can be negative emotions such as anger, anxiety, fear, etc. Only by removing this garbage of the mind can we truly achieve inner peace. The ancients said that "purity" means that we should remove the garbage in our hearts in order to achieve purity and peace of mind.
I like Cai Kangyong's quote very much: "The most important thing in life is not happiness, but peace." "Many people rush to be happy, ignoring that inner peace is the true source of energy. As the Tao Te Ching says: "Tranquility gives birth to wisdom, wisdom gives birth to determination, and wisdom is self-contained." "Only when we are still can we truly settle down, and then we will have the wisdom to face all the challenges of life calmly.
This week, I may not be feeling good because of my lack of energy or because of external influences. But I understand that only through practice can I let my heart be like a lake, and although there will be fluctuations, I will eventually return to peace. Only those who are rich in heart and full of energy can truly enjoy a simple and peaceful life, focus on themselves, and silently work for the ideals in their hearts.
When our inner energy is low, we tend to be outsourced by the outside world and seek the attention and approval of others. But true growth and progress requires us to change from the depths of our hearts. So, how do you boost your energy?
First, streamline your social circle. We don't need to care too much about people's opinions, we have to learn to travel light. Other people's attitudes towards us often depend on our values. When we are not worth enough, no matter how hard we try to please others, it is in vain. And when we are valuable enough, we will naturally attract the attention and respect of others. Therefore, when energy is low, we need to learn to streamline our social circle and devote more energy to self-improvement and development.
Second, accept the impermanence of life. Those who truly understand and accept impermanence are often able to live with more courage and ease. When we are faced with the impermanence of life, such as birth, old age, sickness and death, we must learn to let go of fears and worries, and bravely pursue our inner intuition and ideals. Bravery is the dividing point between positive and negative energy. People with high energy know how to accept and love better; Low-energy people, on the other hand, are often held back by fear and worry.
Finally, clean up your environment. People and the environment are mutually influential. A high-energy environment will boost our energy levels; A low-energy environment can be a mental and emotional drag on us. Therefore, when we feel low on energy, we can boost our energy by clearing our environment. This includes things like tidying up your home, purifying your mind, and more. At the same time, we can also look for some high-energy environments, such as nature, temples, and other places to meditate and practice to replenish our energy.
In short, we need to learn to maintain inner peace and stability. Only when we have peace of mind can we better face the challenges and difficulties in life. At the same time, we also need to learn to improve our energy levels by streamlining our social interactions, accepting impermanence, and cleaning up our environment. As Nan Huaijin, a master of Chinese culture, said: "No matter what you encounter, you just need to stay calm, and good fortune will come." "Let's maintain inner peace and stability in a positive cycle day after day, and meet every challenge and opportunity in life.
