The total length of the TJ-4 bid section of the Jilin section of the Shenbai high-speed railway undertaken by the 15th Bureau of China Railway is 30651 kilometers, covering tunnels, roadbeds, bridges, culverts, ballastless tracks, track laying and other projects. Among them, the Gushan Tunnel, located in Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is a single-hole double-lane tunnel with a total length of 255026 meters, the maximum burial depth is about 17212 meters, because of its complex geological conditions and extremely difficult construction, it has attracted much attention.
The Gushan Tunnel is located in the high-latitude cold zone, the surface soil and rock have frost heave characteristics, and there are soluble rock strata in the tunnel site area, the karst development degree is high, and there are many geophysical risk areas within the tunnel area, and the construction process faces major safety risks such as landslides. In addition, it is located in the key position of the girder channel, which has a crucial impact on the opening of the Shenbai high-speed railway.
In the face of arduous challenges, the Shenbai high-speed rail project team of China Railway 15th Bureau actively responded, adhered to the principle of "short excavation, weak blasting, strong support, early closure, diligent measurement, and timely lining", strictly implemented the winter construction and Spring Festival non-stop system, and strictly controlled the blasting parameters. At the same time, precise monitoring and measurement are carried out every day, and the support parameters and the timing of the secondary lining are dynamically adjusted according to the feedback results to ensure the safety and stability of the construction process.
In view of the characteristics of the low mountain and hilly area where the tunnel is located with a lot of rain in summer, the project team followed the principle of "combining prevention, drainage, interception and blocking", and took scientific and reasonable anti-drainage measures to form a complete anti-drainage system and effectively protect the surrounding environment.
In terms of construction management, the project team refined the node plan, reversed the construction period, carefully organized the allocation of personnel, machinery, materials and other resources, implemented a 24-hour shift operation system, and supervised the key processes by special personnel, which comprehensively improved the comprehensive management level of the project and effectively guaranteed the smooth breakthrough of the tunnel.
The Shenyang-Baihai high-speed railway is an important part of the Shenyang-Jiamusi passenger train in the eastern part of the Northeast China, and is also an important part of the entire Northeast high-speed railway network, with a total length of 428 kilometers, running through Shenyang, Fushun, Tonghua, Baishan, Yanbian, Changbaishan and other regions, with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2025.
