As we all know, Apple will require new MF member factories that have successfully applied for an MFI Manufacture License to conduct MFIsystemReview, which is what we often call an Apple audit (also commonly known as an Apple factory audit). For new MF members, the pass rate of Apple's audit will be much higher, because everything is just starting to operate, as long as the management process, ERP system modules and logic meet the requirements.
But you know what? Apple's audit is not once and for all, that is, it is not the first time it has passed, and there is no need to control and manage it later. Because in fact, Apple's control over MF members is continuous and developable management, and in the face of some MF members whose operation, operation, and control are not in place, there will be a second situation here: they are again required by Apple to conduct MFiSystemReview audit (secondary audit).
So what kind of company will attract a second audit?
For enterprises with several examples of micro-test testing, enterprises with the following representative phenomena should do a good job of internal self-inspection and self-correction, and respond to the audit in advance:
1.Unfamiliar with the use of MFI account and not logging in for a long time, resulting in inactive account;
2.For a long time, there is no special person to carry the quarterly report, resulting in untimely submission;
3.The annual fee is not paid in a timely manner;
4.The use of Apple materials such as Apple chips and lightning heads is unreasonable and non-standardized
5.The account is blank and there is no valid PPID for a long time;
The above is just an example, there are other non-standard use of MF; The situation of the account (the specific situation can be determined that you can contact the counseling experts of the microtest test to communicate) will still be"igniting the upper body", leading to a secondary audit. If the audit fails, what kind of risks will the enterprise face? Microtest detection is based on audit cases, and the following common consequences of audit failure are summarized.
1.The account is closed, and it is no longer possible to produce and sell MFI products reasonably, compliantly, and legally;
2.The account is suspended, and Apple materials cannot be purchased during the suspension period before the rectification is approved, which will affect the production and listing of the product;
3.Fine: The fine shall be paid within the specified time, and the amount of the fine shall be determined according to the on-site audit. From the above cases, it can be seen that audit failure will bring huge production and operation risks to MF member companies, and even have an existential crisis (now it can be deduced in the news that the XX enterprise country is closed for MF member accounts and cannot be delivered normally, resulting in the collapse of the listed company).
