It is expected that the cold air will affect the central and eastern parts of China from the 4th to the 6th, and pay attention to the impact of windy cooling and rainy and snowy weather on transportation, agriculture, human health, etc.; In addition, we should pay attention to the adverse effects of strong winds in the eastern seas of China on sea navigation.

1. Weather conditions.

Scarce precipitation in most parts of the country: During the day today, precipitation was scarce in most parts of the country, and moderate to heavy snow occurred in parts of the southwest and other places. At 14 o'clock today compared with 14 o'clock yesterday, the temperature in eastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, eastern Yunnan, western Guizhou and Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and other places has risen significantly, and the temperature in most areas has risen by 4 8, and the local temperature has risen by more than 12.

2. Key weather forecasts.

Cold air will affect the central and eastern regions: from the 4th to the 6th, under the influence of cold air, most of the central and eastern regions will have 4 6 cooling, and the local drop in Jiangnan, South China and other places can reach 8 10, the above areas will be accompanied by 4 5 northerly winds, gusts of about 7, the central and southern waters of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the northern waters of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have 5 7 winds with gusts of 8; Light to moderate snow (rain) or sleet in parts of the southeast of Northwest China and the central and northern parts of North China; There was light to moderate rain in Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, most of South China, and eastern Guizhou, of which there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of southern Jianghuai and northeast Jiangnan. In addition, from the night of the 3rd to the 4th, there was still heavy snowfall (10 12 mm) in parts of the southern part of the country.

3. Specific forecast for the next three days.

From 20 o'clock on March 3 to 20 o'clock on the 4th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of the Ili River Valley and southern Xinjiang, most of the country, western and southern Qinghai, western Gansu, central Shanxi, and central and southern Inner Mongolia, among which, there was heavy snowfall (10 12 mm) in parts of the southern part of Xinjiang. There is light rain in parts of western Huanghuai, Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, Jiangnan, southeastern southwest China, and most of southern China, among them, there is moderate rain in parts of southeast, northern Jiangxi, western Zhejiang, northeast Guangxi, and northwestern Guangxi. There are 5 7 winds in parts of the south and west and northern Zhejiang, of which 8 9 winds are in some parts of the northeast. The central and southern parts of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the northern part of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have winds of magnitude 5 7 with gusts of 8 (see Figure 1).

From 20 o'clock on March 4 to 20 o'clock on the 5th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in some areas of Hetao area of Inner Mongolia, Beijing, northern Tianjin, northern Hebei, north-central Shanxi, north-central Qinghai, Hexi, Gansu, **east, and northern Sichuan Plateau. There was moderate to heavy rain in parts of eastern Hubei, southern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, Shanghai, central and northern Zhejiang, northern Jiangxi, northeast Hunan and southeastern Hunan, with localized heavy rain (50 60 mm). * There are 4 6 winds in parts of the north and west, and western Qinghai, of which, ** there are 7 8 winds in some parts of the north. The central and southern waters of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the northern part of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have winds of magnitude 5 7 with gusts of 8 (see Figure 2).

From 20 o'clock on March 5 to 20 o'clock on the 6th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of southern Gansu, eastern Qinghai, most of Shanxi, northern Hebei, northern Beijing, northern Sichuan Plateau, and southern **. There was light to moderate rain in parts of southern Shaanxi, most of Hubei, southern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, central and eastern Guangdong, northern Guangxi, most of Guizhou, Chongqing, eastern Sichuan and eastern Sichuan Plateau, southeastern **, and Taiwan Island. Some areas in western Inner Mongolia and western Qinghai have winds of level 4 and 6 (see Figure 3).
