Huang Yourui, male, Han nationality, born in June 1971, is a member of the middle school, a second-level professor, a doctoral degree, and a doctoral supervisor. Outstanding Talent of the New Century of the Ministry of Education, Academic and Technical Leader of Anhui Province, Winner of the Outstanding Award of the 8th Anhui Youth Science and Technology Innovation Award, Advanced Worker of Coal Industry in Anhui Province, Chairman of Anhui Coal Mine Electronic Standardization Technical Committee, Member of the Automation Professional Committee of China Coal Society, Member of the Editorial Committee of Industrial and Mining Automation, Director of the Informatization Branch of China Coal Industry Association, and Director of the Standing Committee of Anhui Institute of Electronics. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the dean of West Anhui University.

He has successively presided over 15 vertical projects, including the National Natural Science Project, the New Century Excellent Talent Project of the Ministry of Education, the sub-project of the National 863 Program, the Outstanding Youth Project of Anhui Province, the Key Project of the Anhui Provincial Department of Education, and the Key Project of Huainan Science and Technology Plan, and presided over the completion of 10 horizontal projects. He has won 1 second prize of Shanghai Technological Invention Award, 2 third prizes of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Award, 2 third prizes of Anhui Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Academic Award (authored), 1 invention patent, 6 utility model patents, 4 software copyrights, and 3 provincial scientific and technological appraisal achievements. As the first author, he has published more than 50 academic articles, more than 20 articles have been included in SCI and EI, and 3 academic monographs have been published. West Anhui University, located in Lu'an City, Anhui Province, is a provincial comprehensive undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education in March 2000.

As of September 2023, the school campus covers an area of 1,765 acres, with a total construction area of 5280,000 square meters; There are 15 secondary colleges with 69 undergraduate majors; There are nearly 1,400 in-service faculty members, nearly 1,100 full-time teachers, and more than 16,000 full-time students.
