What is a U.S. Business Visa.

The U.S. business visa, also known as the B-1 visa, is issued to foreign applicants who go to the United States to engage in short-term (1 6 months) business activities, and the holder can negotiate and sign contracts, participate in exhibitions or conferences, short-term training, or negotiate business with ** businessmen or customers in the United States.

Application Process. 1. Fill out the DS-160 nonimmigrant visa application form and print out the "confirmation page" with a barcode.

Note: All applicants, including children, must submit Form DS-160 and bring a clearly printed "confirmation page" to the embassy or consulate for an interview. Make sure all the information is complete and correct before submitting, no changes can be made after submission, remember the DS-160 number to schedule an appointment.

2. Pay the visa application fee.

Note: After the payment is completed, print the receipt number and keep it properly. Once lost, it cannot be replaced. If you do not provide a receipt number, you will not be able to make an appointment.

3. Make an appointment for an interview.

Materials to be provided for the appointment: (1) passport number;

2) The number on the receipt of the visa application fee;

3) The ten (10) digit barcode number on the DS-160 confirmation page.

4. Go to the appointment place for an interview.

Go to the embassy or consulate for the interview at the agreed time. Please bring a printout of your appointment form, a printout of your DS-160 confirmation page, a recent photograph taken within the last six months, and all your old and new passports. In the absence of any of the above documents, the application will not be accepted.
