2023 is the first year of the full implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the strong leadership of the District Committee and the Municipal Women's Federation, the District Women's Federation adheres to the guidance of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, unites and leads the majority of women in the district to continuously deepen the construction of work style capacity, and holds the "Project Landing and Improving the Quality of Women and Striving for Progress" Shibei District "March 8" International Women's Day Commemorative Conference, and held the second women's congress of Shibei District, optimizing and improving the "Beishang Women", "Beijie Warm Heart" and "Compassion Spring Bud" and other work brands, in the ideological leadership, women's development, women's federation reform and other aspects have done a lot of fruitful exploration, women's entrepreneurship mentor group, women's volunteer service and other work highlights, to create the most popular social service projects for women and children in Shandong Province, the most beautiful love check-in place in Shandong Province, provincial women's volunteer service "Sunshine Station" and other high-quality project brands.

This year, the majority of women compatriots in the region consciously integrated their personal ideals into the cause of building a prosperous, beautiful and happy modern international city, showing the style of the times of heroes forging ahead and competing for glory, playing the hymn of women who are high-spirited and self-improving, and supporting the "half of the sky" to promote high-quality economic and social development!

Looking back on the past, we work hard; Looking forward to the future, we are full of confidence. 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and a crucial year for the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan. This is the time node connecting the past and the next, and it is also the forward coordinate for carrying forward the past and forging ahead into the future. It is hoped that the majority of women compatriots in the region will work hard and do not slack off, under the leadership of the district party committee and the Municipal Women's Federation, closely focus on serving Qingdao to "take the lead and be a pioneer" in the construction of a modern and strong province, adhere to the guidance of scientific and technological innovation, the empowerment of social governance, and the five major actions of creating excellence and improving women, continue to work in various fields and on all fronts, walk in the forefront, and write "struggle aspirations" and rebuild "women's achievements" in the new journey of modernization!

All departments and units should attach great importance to and vigorously support women's work, provide more social resources for the high-quality development of women's causes, and provide a more colorful stage for the vast number of women to make contributions and display their talents.
