According to the Opinions, the urban physical examination work should be carried out in cities at and above the prefecture level in an all-round way, and the implementation of urban renewal actions should be promoted in a solid and orderly manner.
The "Opinions" pointed out that it is necessary to take the urban physical examination as an important starting point for the overall planning and management of urban planning, construction and management, and promote the optimization of urban structure, function improvement and quality improvement as a whole, so as to create a livable, resilient and smart city. Divide the urban physical examination unit, from housing to community (community), block, and urban area (city), and find out the difficulties, blockages, and pain points that the masses have strong reactions to.
