From the barracks to the fields, is my happiness reliable?

When I graduated from military school in '86, I returned to my hometown in the countryside and found my significant other. She was a country girl, and I was an officer, and this combination caused a lot of criticism and speculation. In those days, there were very few officers like me who were looking for a match in the countryside, and I was extremely proud and satisfied with that. I know that many people do not understand and question my choice. Some people think that I should find a girl with a job in the city instead of a girl from the countryside; Some people even think that I am looking for a substitute, just a random rural girl to make do with it. But I firmly believe that I made the right choice, and I am looking for a partner who can share the ups and downs and the joys and sorrows, not the job. Although compared with our comrades-in-arms who have jobs in the city, our lives are more stressful and our lives are more difficult, but I feel that my heart is not tired, and at least I have a manly spirit in front of my wife. I worked hard and hoped to be promoted sooner rather than later, so that my wife and children could join the army and leave rural life. However, my wife always felt that she was a burden to me and brought me a burden and grievance. She even asked me many times if I regretted marrying her.

I always tried to comfort her, telling her that I had no regrets and that I was glad to have found such a good wife and mother as her. I don't care if our lives are hard, because as long as we work together, we can live a prosperous life even if we start from scratch. Whenever I comforted her like this, she always had a happy smile on her face. I know that although life is difficult, we have love for each other, and that is enough. When I'm exhausted, not having a good day, or feeling down, she always puts the blame on herself, thinking she's dragging me down. She thought about it again and again, and it really made me feel uncomfortable. I angrily said to her, "Why do you have such low self-esteem?Why do you think of me so narrowly? We are equal, there is no distinction between superior and inferior, and we must resolutely eliminate such thoughts and words in the future. "I realized that she had such a problem in her heart, so I tried to control my emotions in my daily life and give her more care and love. Even though she felt this guilt towards me, it also showed her simplicity and kindness, and her love for me was deep! After marriage, she worked hard at home and took care of her elderly parents and children wholeheartedly, allowing me to concentrate on my work in the army.

I won three consecutive third-class meritorious services in the army, and was rated as "Outstanding Grassroots Commander" by the Military RegionAnd she was also rated as a "good military wife" by the Political Department of the division. The two of us have become a recognized "model couple" among the officers and soldiers. I am glad and proud to have such a wife! Now that we're both retired, we care about each other and think about each other all the timeWhen crossing the street, they always hold hands, and they all want to keep each other safe and keep the risk to themselves. This is a story about an exemplary couple who are role models in my life. In life, we often encounter some difficulties and challenges, at this time, can we insist on supporting and encouraging each other like them?Everyone has their own value and importance, and we should all be equal and respectful, whether at work or at home. Don't feel inferior because of the efforts of others, and don't see your own value as just being dependent on others. Each of us has our own strengths and contributions, and as long as we play to our strengths and create value for others, we can become a role model in the eyes of others. The couple's story also teaches us that love is mutual, not one-sided. They care for each other and take care of each other, making each other feel the warmth of love.

In their marriage, no one is superior and no one is inferior, they are equal partners. It is because of this equality and respect that their marriage can be long and happy. The couple's story also reminds us that in marriage, we need to give more care and love to each other. Whether it's work or housework, we should have a division of labor and support each other. Don't let one person take on too much responsibility and ignore the feelings and needs of the other. Only by understanding and tolerating each other can our marriage be more happy and happy. The couple's story also teaches us that when we face difficulties and challenges, we should be as persistent and hard as they are. They have all achieved excellent results in their work, which is the result of their unremitting efforts and tenacious struggle. Whether it is work or life, we will encounter various difficulties and challenges, and only by persevering can we overcome difficulties and achieve success. I am deeply inspired by the story of this couple, and their dedication and hard work give me infinite courage and motivation. I believe that as long as we insist on supporting and encouraging each other, we can achieve better results and greater happiness in both work and life.
