On December 8, SHERO[1], a non-profit organization focused on diversity, equity and inclusion, officially announced that EY Greater China ("EY") won the SHERO "2023 Best Company X Best Practice Award". For the third consecutive year, EY has been included in the annual 2023 Best Practice Guide for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&i) jointly launched by Shero and PageGroup.
This year,Mr. Kai Chen, Chairman of EY China and CEO of EY Greater China, won the SHERO "2023 Most Notable Person x Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader" awardin recognition of its efforts to create a diverse and inclusive company culture and promote an equitable workplace.
