As a veteran teacher, I have worked for 38 years and am still teaching in the field. Along the way, we have gone through trials and hardships, experienced the 80s, 90s, 00s, and 10s, and are entering a new era. To be a happy teacher, you must strive to do the following six things:

First, keep a moderate volume in class and don't yell students loudly. Because scolding a student loudly will consume your true qi and make you lose your voice. Being a teacher hurts more than anything else.

Second, when students do not listen to the teachings, they should first dissipate their anger and then listen to their thoughts. A different way of educating will have different effects. Appropriate punishment, do not confront students, and avoid extreme incidents such as ZS among students.

Third, keep boundaries with parents and learn to say no. If parents put forward reasonable opinions about themselves, they should accept them with an open mind, and if they make unreasonable demands, they should turn a deaf ear.

Fourth, obey the leader's arrangement, do not pick and choose at work, and prevent tiredness. If you let yourself choose, just be a simple teacher, participate in some evaluations appropriately, and be at peace with what happens. Don't be a middle or class teacher because there are too many chores.

Fifth, lifelong learning Xi, taking the initiative to learn Xi psychology, philosophy and professional knowledge. Find something interesting to do research and add to the fun of your work.

Sixth, exercise well and take care of your family. Drink plenty of water, wash your hands frequently, and rinse your mouth with salt water in the morning and evening to prevent the virus from attacking. Strive to have a good body to see the world and get a pension.

At present, I am trying to do these six things, I am familiar with education and teaching, I do not delay my work and life, and I am not tired of teaching and educating people when I am about to retire, praise for myself!
