Coffee is a drink that many friends drink every day, and now it is consumed 2 per day all over the world2.5 billion cups of coffee.

In most cases, if consumed in moderation, coffee can help us to increase our mindfulness, improve our metabolism, improve memory and concentration, and also have benefits for our cardiovascular health, but did you know that coffee cannot be consumed with the following five foods:

The first is chocolate. Eating coffee and chocolate together is prone to excessive caffeine intake, reducing the amount of time we spend deep sleep at night, thus affecting the quality of sleep.

The second is citrus fruits. Like oranges, oranges and grapefruits, they are acidic foods. Regular consumption with coffee may cause gastrointestinal upset.

The third is alcohol. Because both alcohol and caffeine have stimulant effects. Drinking coffee and alcohol at the same time stimulates the human brain greatly, and it is not conducive to heart health.

The fourth is spicy food. It combines with the bitterness of coffee and tends to increase intestinal irritation.

The fifth is vitamin supplements, especially vitamin D. Vitamin B group, vitamin C, iron magnesium and other elements. Consuming it with coffee may affect their absorption.

Like myself, I drink coffee every day. Coffee and supplements can be staggered, and coffee can be consumed an hour apart after a dietary supplement to avoid conflicts.
