The mobile power SOC launched by Zhirong provides a comprehensive solution to solve the problems existing in the mobile power supply market. The product solution supports multi-protocol buck-boost voltage, provides up to 100W charging power, perfectly matches the QI2 wireless charging mode, and integrates multiple functional modules in one chip, reducing system cost, volume and weight. At the same time, the product has a variety of safety protection mechanisms to ensure the safety and efficiency of charging. This makes the power bank more convenient, safe and efficient.

As shown in the figure, the scheme has 5 interfaces (2C2A1L), buttons, digital tube power display, two C ports support two-way 100W output, double buckle and plug transformer 5V. Support UFCS PPS PD SVOOC VOOC SCP FCP QC AFC BC12 Multiple input and output fast charging protocols. It is mostly used in scenarios that require multiple strings of batteries, such as outdoor power banks and outdoor power supplies.
SW6306V is a highly integrated four-port multi-protocol buck-boost mobile power supply SoC.
It supports 2 6 cells in series and provides a maximum of 100W power input and output.
The device supports a variety of input and output fast charging protocols, including UFCS, PPS, PD, SVOOC, SVOOC, SCP, FCP, QC, AFC, BC12 etc.
It integrates a high-precision fuel gauge, a digital tube LED display driver, and scene control management.
The SW6306V also has a variety of protection mechanisms to meet the UL62368 specification to ensure safety and reliability.

Protocol testing
The protocols supported by the C1 port are as shown in the figure, supporting PD, PPS, and Apple24a、qc2.0/3.0、afc、fcp、bc1.2。
The protocol supported by the C2 port is the same as that of the C1 port, and supports PD, PPS, and Apple24a、qc2.0/3.0、afc、fcp、bc1.2。
Supported protocols for A1 port: Samsung 20a、apple2.4a、qc2.0/3.0、afc、fcp、bc1.2。
The protocol supported by port A2 is the same as that of port A2.
Discharge test
The battery level of the mobile phone is less than 80%.
Two C ports charge the iPhone 14P with a voltage of 899V, the current is 23a and 18A, the power is 20W and 16W, respectively. The two A ports have a voltage of 5V and a current of 13A or so, and the power is 6About 5w.
Two C ports charge the vivo X6 with a voltage of 5V and a current of 18A, with a power of 9W. The two A ports have a voltage of 9V and a current of 18A or so, and the power is about 16W.
The battery of the mobile phone is more than 80%.
Two C ports charge the iPhone SE3 with a voltage of 5V and a current of 08A, the power is about 4W. The two A ports have a voltage of 5V and a current of 08A or so, and the power is about 4W.
Two C ports charge the Redmi Note8 with a voltage of 5V and a current of 12A, with a power of 6W. The two A ports are voltage 6V and current 1About 2A, and the power is about 7W.
Charge test
Charging from the two C ports, the charging power reaches about 100W, and the current is about 5A.
If two ports are charged at the same time or multiple ports are charged at the same time, the output voltage will be changed to 5V.

The above is just a simple functional test, and the testing process is relatively smooth. The SW6306V is a highly reliable mobile power SOC with excellent withstand voltage performance, including VBUS and VBAT over 32V, DPDM and CC over 28V, and chip-level HBM over 4K. It is housed in a compact QFN60 package with an overall size of 7mmx7mmx04pitch, suitable for the field of mobile power supply and outdoor power supply.
