Linda Caicedo is one of the brightest young talents in the world of women's football, so Adidas custom-made a pair of golden boots for her to celebrate her winning the Golden Boy Award.
The Three stripes redesign the x CrazyFast boots to replicate the 18-year-old's growing stardom. The white and rose gold colourway of the boots echoes the colour palette of Real Madrid's young player and Golden Boy winner Jude Bellingham's commemorative predators.
The outsole is gleaming metallic rose gold and stamped with swirling '2023' lettering on each heel.
Caicedo is only the second player to win the Golden Boy award after Jules Brand of Wolfsburg last year. The Real Madrid rising star made a stunning breakthrough in the Spanish Primera Liga and won the prestigious award with a stunning World Cup debut for Colombia – she also became the first player to play in three Women's Cups (youth and senior) in the same year.
Caicedo joined Real Madrid in January 2023 and scored four goals and provided seven assists in 15 league and cup appearances last season. Her passing accuracy and passing accuracy are also in the 90th percent of the league. She quickly became one of the most important players alongside Caroline Weir.
At the 2023 Women's World Cup, she scored 2 goals for Colombia, including a stunner against Germany, and provided an assist in the quarter-final defeat to England, helping Las Cutras to their all-time best result in the W Cup.
