Steps: a) Support your elbows on the table with your hands together.
b) Place the anterior third of the thumb in the inner orbit between the eye and the bamboo point.

d) Do a small amount of micro-circular kneading with both thumbs for 30 seconds.

Steps: a) Dual time support on the table with thumb on temple.
b) Put the middle fingers of both hands together, and place the middle fingers on the Yangbai acupoint.

Steps: a) Support your elbows on the table, bend your index finger slightly, and place your fingertips on the Chengqi acupoint, and the interphalangeal joints are just stuck on the four white acupoints.
