How to eat on the New Year
During the winter months, it is normal for a child's growth rate to slow down. Add seasonings such as light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar and an appropriate amount of water, and stir-fry until the onion is tender. Finally, add the scrambled eggs, season and serve.
4. Steamed sea bass: After cutting the cleaned sea bass a few times and marinating it, put it in the steaming tray and add ginger slices and green onions. Steam in a steamer for about 8-10 minutes until the fish is fully cooked. Finally, add shredded green and red peppers, shredded ginger, shredded green onions and hot oil, and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.
5. Mushroom and Chicken Slide: Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms until soft and slice them for later use. Marinate the chicken thighs and stir-fry them and set aside. Add green onions, ginger and garlic to the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, add the fried chicken, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
