This system is incomprehensible to many people, because many enterprises, especially Internet companies, usually implement the "996" work system, that is, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, while Fat Donglai's employees can enjoy a "7-hour work system" and up to 140 days of annual leave.
Although this system may seem unreasonable to some, Fat Donglai's management attaches great importance to the work-life balance of employees. They believe that if an employee is at work for a long time, then his productivity and creativity will suffer, while if an employee has enough time to rest and relax, then his productivity and creativity will increase.
The details of "revenue exceeding 10 billion" mentioned in this news are actually more important than other parts, because it subverts many people's "capital original sin hypothesis".
