1. The water temperature of the gasoline engine should be lower
The water temperature requirements for gasoline engines are clearly defined, but some drivers like to adjust the water temperature very low, some close to the lower limit of the water temperature, and some are less than the lower limit. They believe that if the water temperature is low, cavitation will not occur in the pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and there is an insurance factor in use. In fact, as long as the water temperature is not more than 95, cavitation will not occur, and the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted. On the contrary, if the water temperature is too low, it is harmful to the operation of the gasoline engine. First, the temperature is low, the gasoline combustion conditions in the cylinder deteriorate, the fuel atomization is poor, the combustion period after the fire increases, the engine work is easy to be rough, the damage to the crankshaft bearing, piston ring and other parts is aggravated, the power is reduced, and the economy is reduced. Second, the water vapor after combustion is easy to condense on the cylinder wall, causing metal corrosion.
2. The speed of the gasoline generator set should be lower
Many operators are reluctant to operate at the same speeds as gasoline engines, believing that they will not fail at lower speeds. In fact, too low speed will also bring some undesirable consequences: first, too low speed will reduce the output power of the gasoline engine and reduce its power;Second, too low speed will lead to a decrease in the working speed of each component, which will deteriorate the working performance of the components and reduce the output pressure of the oil pumpThe third is to reduce the reserve power of the gasoline engine, so that the gasoline engine that should be in normal operation is in full load or load working state;Fourth, the speed is too low to reduce the speed of the working machinery of the linkage mechanism, which will reduce the mechanical performance of the work, such as reducing the water output of the pump, reducing the head of the pump, etc.
