On December 13, the signing ceremony of cooperation intention between Bao'an District and French Intercafc was held. Huang Weiping, Vice President of Shenzhen Overseas Friendship Association, Qin Jingteng, Vice Chairman of Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wei Shuqiang, leader of Bao'an District, Zhou Xing, President of ** Association for the Promotion of Sino-French Relations, and Thomas Redondo, General Manager of Vaucluse Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended the event and witnessed the signing.

The signing of this agreement will promote the "House of Provence" French Pavilion (hereinafter referred to as the "French Pavilion") to settle in Bao'an. According to reports, the project has been supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of 6 provinces in France, and 7 Fortune 500 companies and 2,500 manufacturers of origin in France will participate in the project, and will create a commodity display + multi-functional area to display 40-50 brand products from France. After completion, the French Pavilion will continue to attract French luxury brands to Bao'an and promote Sino-French economic and commercial cooperation.

Bao'an District carries out cooperation and exchanges between China and Europe and international cutting-edge projects, which not only helps Bao'an District's industrial transformation and upgrading, but also actively promotes the construction of Bao'an District into a world-class advanced manufacturing city, an international bay area, a coastal city, and a high-quality people's livelihood and happiness city, which is also another witness to the friendship and exchanges between China and France.

At the signing ceremony, President Zhou Xing of the Association for the Promotion of Sino-French Relations introduced the background of the signing. Zhou Xing said that in May and October this year, the Shenzhen delegation visited France several times, visited the Vaucluse Chamber of Commerce and Industry and reached a number of consensuses. It was on the basis of the friendly exchanges in the early stage that Bao'an District signed an agreement on the relationship between the sister city and Avignon, the capital city of the Vaucluse department.

It is understood that in the past two months, Shenzhen and Bao'an District have actively promoted the implementation of the French Pavilion project. During the period, together with the relevant persons in charge of the Shenzhen Branch of the Association for the Promotion of Sino-French Relations, they inspected the MixC in Luohu District, Chengmai Center, Halo Plaza Phase V, as well as Happy Harbor and Huizhi R&D Center in Bao'an District, and invited the relevant persons in charge of the Vaucluse Chamber of Commerce and Industry to visit and negotiate in Shenzhen, and actively promote the settlement of the French Pavilion in Shenzhen. At present, the French Pavilion intends to land in Happy Harbor, Bao'an District. At the same time, the French Pavilion is authorized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Vaucluse Province to exclusively display and sell products from the south of France in China.

Huang Weiping, vice president of the Shenzhen Overseas Friendship Association, said that Bao'an District has carried out economic and trade exchanges with France and carried out extensive cooperation in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism. This time, Bao'an District signed a cooperation framework agreement with the French company Intercafc to build the Maison de Provence Pavilion in Bao'an, which will become a two-way window for "national tide to go to sea" and French "excellent products to China" in the future.

Next, Bao'an District will actively promote the follow-up matters of the French Pavilion (i.e., the French House of Provence Pavilion) to promote friendly exchanges between China and France.
