According to reports, "The Survival Wisdom of Plants" is a plant science book that integrates storytelling, popular science and art. The book is divided into 8 chapters, and through 70 interesting stories, they tell the wonderful skills that plants have evolved to survive, as well as their love-hate relationship with insects. The book is not only equipped with realistic **, but also invited the well-known illustrator Zhou Xiaodou to hand-draw more than 60 smart and beautiful watercolor illustrations, making the book more readable and artistic.
The reporter learned that the compilation of "The Survival Wisdom of Plants" was funded by the 2012 National Natural Science ** Science Popularization Project, the Chinese Simplified Chinese version was published by Hubei Fine Arts Publishing House in September 2020, and the Chinese Traditional Chinese version was published by Moke Publishing Co., Ltd. in December 2022. After the publication of the book, it won the 2021 Guangzhou Outstanding Popular Science Works Award and Hubei Provincial Outstanding Popular Science Works.
