Supplementary payment of social insurance premiums in stages

In order to avoid employers and flexible employees who apply for deferred payment of social insurance premiums from missing the supplementary payment period, the relevant matters are hereby reminded as follows:
1. Employers
In accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Taxation Bureau on the Phased Implementation of the Policy of Deferring the Payment of Social Insurance Premiums for Enterprises in Extremely Poor Industries (Su Ren She Fa 2022 No. 58), the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, and the Provincial Taxation Bureau on Expanding the Implementation Scope of the Policy of Deferred Payment of Social Insurance Premiums in Phases (Su Ren She Fa 2022 No. 70), and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, and the Provincial Taxation Bureau The Notice on Further Issues Concerning the Implementation of the Policy of Deferring the Payment of Social Insurance Premiums in Stages (Su Ren She Fa No. 2022 No. 128) requires that employers who defer the payment of the three social insurance premiums may apply to the social insurance agency according to their own production and operation conditions, and adopt the method of installment or monthly after the expiration of the policyBy the end of December 2023, the deferred social insurance premiums will be paid in place, and employers with conditions can make a one-time supplementary payment. Late fees will be waived during the retroactive payment period
Reminder: If the employer fails to make up the payment within the prescribed time limit, it will be charged a late fee of 5/10,000 per day from the next month after the deadline for making the payment.
2. Flexible employment personnel
According to the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Taxation Bureau on the Phased Implementation of the Policy of Deferring the Payment of Enterprise Social Insurance Premiums in Extremely Poor Industries (Su Ren She Fa 2022 No. 58), individual industrial and commercial households and all kinds of flexible employment personnel who participate in the basic pension insurance for enterprise employees in their individual capacityThe unpaid monthly payments in 2022 can be made up by the end of 2023The supplementary payment base shall be independently selected within the payment base grade of flexible employment personnel announced by the province in 2023, and the payment period shall be calculated cumulatively.
Reminder: If flexible employees fail to make up the payment within the prescribed time limit, they shall not make up the monthly payment before the end of 2023 in 2024.
