Sautéed prawns are a delicious home-cooked dish that is not only simple and easy to make, but also delicious and full of the flavor of seafood. Here's a home-cooked recipe for stir-fried prawns that you can easily enjoy at home.

Preparation: Wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, drain and set aside.

Chop the green onions, ginger and garlic separately and set aside.

In a bowl, combine light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, cooking wine, white pepper and chicken essence into a sauce for later use.

Stir-fry the prawns: Preheat the wok and pour in the appropriate amount of cooking oil.

When the oil temperature rises slightly, add the green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the washed green shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp change color.

If you like a slightly spicy taste, you can add an appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce and stir-fry together to enhance the taste.

Pour in the pre-mixed sauce and stir-fry quickly to allow the prawns to absorb the aroma and sauce evenly.

Remove the juice from the pot: When the green shrimp completely change color and the fragrance is overflowing, cover and simmer for a while to make the green shrimp more flavorful.

Finally, sprinkle in a little chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.

Serve on a plate: Put the fried green shrimp on a plate and decorate the side with a little chopped green onion or coriander to add color and aroma.

Green shrimp can be eaten as is, or with rice or pasta.

Choose fresh green shrimp for a more delicious taste.

The ratio of the sauce can be adjusted according to individual taste, increasing or decreasing the amount of seasoning used.

The stir-fry time should not be too long, so as not to make the green shrimp too hard.

If you don't like spicy food, you can skip the garlic chili sauce, and you can omit the chili ingredients in the sauce.

This stir-fried prawn dish is easy to learn and delicious, making it a seafood delicacy commonly found in home-cooked dishes. Whether it's a weekday family dinner or a festive meal, it's a delicious addition to your table. May you enjoy the food while also experiencing the joy of cooking.
