The energy-saving renovation project of road lighting facilities in Songjiang District (Phase II lamp + lamp pole transformation) implemented by the Songjiang District Urban Construction Comprehensive Management Affairs Center requires the dismantling and transformation of special-shaped light poles of district road lighting facilities in the whole district. According to the spirit of the "Regulations on the Management of Urban Lighting" Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (2010), Article 28 of Chapter IV requires that any unit or individual shall protect urban lighting facilities, and shall not erect cables, install other facilities or connect power sources on urban lighting facilities without authorization.
After communicating with the ownership units in the early stage, part of the flying line has been disposed of, and the remaining flying line facilities involve some roads in Xinbang Town, Xinqiao Town, Chedun Town, Sijing Town, Dongjing Town, Fangsong Street and Yueyang Street. In order to ensure the smooth construction of the project, the flying line facilities that have not yet been disposed of are hereby announced as follows:
From January 1, 2024 to January 10, 2024, each ownership unit will claim and clean up the following attached flying line facilities, after January 10, 2024, if it has not been claimed and cleaned up, our center will organize the construction unit to dismantle the flying line, and our center will not be responsible for any problems caused thereby.
