After working for more than 20 years, I have deeply understood 7 workplace skills
1. Do your job well, strength is the last word, and any other workplace skills are the icing on the cake. If you can't do anything, you can't be shared by the leader, then you can't be promoted, no matter how you have a relationship or background.
2. Don't be glassy, the workplace will inevitably be criticized by leaders, criticized by colleagues, talked about, wronged, learn to reflect on yourself, accept the shortcomings of others, eliminate external interference, can't stand grievances, can't bear responsibility.
3. Be a low-key person, do more things and talk less, don't rely on the old and sell the old, don't talk about others, don't form gangs, stay away from people who love to complain, and stay away from right and wrong.
4. Learn to respect, be polite to people, smile more, reach out and don't hit smiling people, which is conducive to unity, take the initiative to greet the leader when you see it, don't hide, be good at talking and say a few more words, don't speak when you meet and stand up to greet you, and say hello when you leave, which is also a kind of respect.
5. Resign cautiously, especially don't put it forward easily before you think about it, and then put it forward when you think about it, and don't recommend changing industries easily.
6. Don't be a good person, don't take the initiative to do the work that is not within your own division, refuse unreasonable requests decisively, have your own opinions and positions, and will not follow the crowd.
7. Cooperate with the leader, do not dismantle the leadership platform, do not go against the leader, what the leader says is wrong, do not expose it to the public, save face for the leader, and can communicate alone.
