Yangtze Evening News, December 25 (Correspondent Ding Yi, Reporter Zhang Ke) Recently, when the law enforcement officers of the Dachang Street Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade of Jiangbei New District, Nanjing were inspecting the auxiliary road of Jiangbei Avenue, a large mud pile in the roadside green belt attracted the attention of law enforcement officers, and there were several thick pipes with a diameter of 50 or 60 centimeters on the mud pile.
Law enforcement officers walked to a construction team next to the mud pile, which was digging greenery and laying water facilities. After on-site investigation and verification, the construction team belongs to a construction project in Nanjing, where the company has gone through the occupancy procedures, but during the construction period, the construction soil was randomly stacked on the green belt lawn outside the construction scope, causing some damage, suspected of violating the provisions of Article 23 of the Regulations on the Management of Urban Greening in Jiangsu Province, and the law enforcement officers immediately investigated and dealt with the company's damage to trees and flowers during the construction period.
At present, the case is being processed.
