Professor Zhu Yao of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine brought a health lecture on "The Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Winter Folklore" to the audience, explaining the principles of traditional Chinese medicine and dietary taboos for winter health preservation for residents, as well as the differences between winter diets in the north and south of China, and explaining the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine contained in folk proverbs such as "eating radish in winter and ginger in summer, and doctors do not work to prescribe medicine" and "eating three pieces of ginger in the morning is like ginseng soup" from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.

At the event site, there was also the on-site production and popularization of epidemic prevention sachets, intangible cultural heritage incense sticks, and incense sticks by Zhou Zhongying, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, and Professor Zhu also explained the epidemic prevention function, principle, use method and production process and function of incense sticks on the spot. It is very popular with citizens and friends.

The Mohua TCM Clinic also organizes staff to conduct on-site teaching of the traditional Chinese medicine ** "Baduanjin".
