Intel recently revealed its roadmap for a new generation of discrete graphics cards to Japan**, confirming that it will be launched in 2024. The announcement of the roadmap marks Intel's further layout in the graphics card market, and also brings new expectations for gamers and hardware enthusiasts.

According to Intel's roadmap, the new generation of independent graphics will adopt the architecture codenamed Battlemage. This architecture was introduced to meet the needs of the high-performance and enthusiast gaming market. Judging from the leaked news, the battlemage architecture will undergo a number of improvements, including the optimization of the microarchitecture, the improvement of ray tracing performance, the upgrade of the memory subsystem and video memory compression technology, the improvement of machine Xi rendering technology, and the enhancement of Deep Link collaboration function.

In terms of core, there will be at least two versions, BCM-G10 and BCM-G21, targeting the 225W and 150W power consumption ranges respectively. The manufacturing process is expected to be upgraded to TSMC N4 4nm, and the number of cores may reach 56, almost double that of the first generation. These improvements will enable a new generation of graphics cards to deliver significant improvements in performance and efficiency, providing a better experience for gamers and content creators.

Judging from the information revealed so far, Intel's new generation of independent graphics is full of expectations. The launch of its Battlemage architecture will further strengthen Intel's position in the graphics card market. At the same time, with the upgrading of the manufacturing process and the increase in the number of cores, the performance and efficiency of the new generation of graphics cards will be significantly improved. However, how it actually performs remains to wait for the official release of the product and market feedback. We look forward to Intel's continued efforts to deliver outstanding products and technological innovations that will drive the graphics card market."
