1. Check-in matters.

2) Purchase contract or mortgage contract (original and one copy).
3) Owner's ID card or passport (original and photocopy).

5) If the owner is unable to take possession of the property in person, he can entrust others to handle it through legal procedures. In addition to the information and documents in (2) and (4) above, the client is also requested to bring the power of attorney and his or her ID card.
6) If there are two or more owners of the purchased property, please be present and bring all the information to check in. If you cannot come together, the owner who cannot come will issue a power of attorney in accordance with legal procedures to entrust the owner to check in.
