Project Background

In recent years, with the significant increase in the business volume of commercial banking and the rapid development of financial IT technology, the number of IT equipment in data centers is also growing rapidly. Different from software systems with good scalability, the current data center security O&M with manual inspection as the main means faces bottlenecks such as difficulty in adapting to the rapidly changing IT architecture and untimely warning of potential security risks.

As a large state-owned commercial bank, Agricultural Bank of China has a large business scale and has always been committed to providing customers with the most high-quality, convenient and efficient financial services. Its Daoxianghu data center in Beijing has an area of about600 square meters, existing various types of equipment cabinets157 pcs, the device category is near20 kinds。In 2021, the relocation project of the data center of Daoxianghu Data Center was completed, and the original Tianzhu computer room continued to be put into use as a disaster recovery computer room.

In the face of the increase in production and operation duty and operation and maintenance costs brought about by the computer rooms in the two places, coupled with the call for the digital transformation of the financial industry to build a green computer room, the data center of Daoxianghu Data Center urgently needs to be empowered by digital transformation through advanced technology to achieve the goal of reducing costs, improving quality and increasing efficiency.

1. The distance between the office building and the computer room is long, and the cost of daily shift inspection time is high.

Automatic inspection: Real-time alarms

The robot can carry out 7 24-hour automatic inspection through preset inspection instructions, accurately detect the operation status (indicator light, noise, local temperature) and dynamic environment (temperature and humidity, gas, dust) of the equipment in the computer room, and conduct asset inventory of the equipment. If there is an abnormality in the detection or inventory results, real-time alarms will be sent through email, SMS, etc., to ensure that the O&M personnel can grasp the abnormal situation at the first time and shorten the emergency response time.

Multiple protections and security guarantees

Due to the higher requirements of banks for business continuity, robots must not only ensure the safety of the computer room environment, but also have corresponding security measures to deal with possible risks and hidden dangers.

The outside of the robot is equipped with multiple obstacle avoidance measures such as upper and lower double lidar and ultrasonicIt is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing device, which can automatically detect and actively prevent. When the open flame or temperature is 170 degrees, the fire extinguishing function is automatically activated, and the hot aerosol material is used, which has no damage to the equipment.
