I woke up at 1 o'clock this morning and was hungry, I didn't know what to eat, I searched for home-cooked food on the Internet, I fancy a cabbage wrapped meat looks delicious, I checked the steps, the method is very simple, but the salt is too much ......I almost fainted after taking a bite, but I added some water to the back, and it tasted very good.
I'm going to share my steps with you, if anything is wrong, please advise:
Ingredients: cabbage or baby cabbage, minced meat, green onions.
First of all: marinate the meat with soy sauce, oyster sauce, wait for about 10 minutes, and then make a bowl of seasoning with salt, soy sauce, and chicken essence (don't put soy sauce if you put salt, it's really salty to experience it yourself).
Second: Cut off all the cabbage roots, leaving the top half of the cabbage leaves and wash them.
Third: Blanch the cleaned cabbage leaves, boil them softly, and put them in the vegetable washing pot to dry the water.
Fourth: Start wrapping the meat, put the meat foam on the top of the cabbage leaf and start rolling it down (if the roll is not good, you can fix it with a toothpick).
Fifth: After rolling, put it on a plate in turn, and then put it in a pot to steam (here I use an electric hot pot).
Sixth: After steaming, put the seasoning and chopped green onions, and then pour hot oil on the pot, and you can eat.
