A blessing is a blessing, and a curse is a curse. Blessing is not blessing, disaster is not evil

In order to make it easier for us to understand how we interact with the world, we divide things into good things and bad things.

For example: being rich is a good thing, being poor is a bad thing. Being praised is a good thing, and being criticized is a bad thing. It's a good thing to be good-looking, and it's a bad thing to be bad-looking. It's nice to lie on the covers, which is a good thing. It's hard to leave the bed and go to work, it's a bad thing ......

Whether it's happened in the past, what happens now, or what may happen in the future, everything is divided into two by us – either good or bad.

This dichotomy is simple but not necessarily correct.

As Lao Tzu said: Misfortune and fortune are relied upon, and fortune and misfortune are lurking.

Being rich is both a good thing and a bad thing, and being poor is a good thing and a bad thing. Being praised is both a good thing and a bad thing, and being criticized is a good thing and a bad thing......

Only when we understand this can we not be confused by the appearance of things, and we will not be ecstatic for a while, furious for a while, satisfied for a while, and lost for ......

Our body can be seen as a receiver that can receive various signals and compile and decode them into information that we can understand.

Our mind can be seen as a receptor. When the body interprets the message, our mind will feel all kinds of emotions, such as joy, anger, sadness, sadness, fear, and so on.

Everyone is certainly more inclined to have a happy experience, with the exception of a few. We like the feeling of being happy, so we pursue it.

But since the vast majority of the information that the body interprets is negative, it is difficult for us to be happy.

As mentioned above, all negative information is not exactly "negative". The role of all negative information is to make us aware of the dangers in our lives so that we can better survive and thrive.

But our brains are often unable to decipher the positive from negative information, nor can we clear negative information.

This is the root cause of unhappiness.

So is it possible to fundamentally solve the problem of unhappiness?

In life, when we feel happy, we tend to think that life is all about experiencing the ups and downs.

But when we really feel pain, we realize that peace itself is a sense of well-being.

In fact, from ancient times to the present, whether it is a flat-headed common people, a first-class talent, a writer, a philosopher, and a physics ......Everyone is looking for the answer to happiness in life. For example, contentment, constant self-challenge, a sense of accomplishment, compassion for all sentient beings, and great love for all sentient beings.

But it seems that there is never one person who can give the best, and everyone is willing to perform the answer.

People's emotional feelings can be roughly divided into three types: happiness, calmness, and pain.

Enjoying yourself when you're happy, and trying to clear negative information and stay calm when you're in pain may be a good option for achieving happiness.
