Promote the construction of "everyone with certificates and skills in Henan" with high quality, and establish the first human resources industrial park in Nanyang - Southwest Henan Human Resources Industrial Park. It was awarded the "National Green Food Raw Material Standardization Production Base", and explored a new grain storage model of "first-class grain investment + leading processing enterprises + grassroots cooperatives + finance + large planters", which was approved by provincial and municipal leaders and promoted in the province.
