If the employer arranges overtime work for the employee on December 30 and 31, it shall first arrange for the employee to take compensatory leave, which shall not be less than the overtime hours, and if the compensatory time off cannot be arranged, the overtime wage shall be paid at a rate not less than 200% of the overtime wage for the day or hour.
