If you feel that your copywriting is well-written, and you don't get the income you deserve or your income is low, you can communicate through internal channels, and if the communication is fruitless, you can also choose to change jobs, and there is no need to disclose it to the outside world. If it is hypocritical and feels that he has made a lot of credit, and others are not great, then it is purely a lack of boundaries and professionalism.
