Forklifts are the main tools for factory handling, and safety should be paid attention to when operating forks. For every forklift operator, it is necessary to understand three things, that is, to understand the forklift, to understand the goods, and to understand the site.
Forklift drivers should follow the traffic rules. The different colors represent different areas, with orange representing walking routes and purple areas restricted to operators. The red zone is a hazardous operation area, a dangerous operation area that no one is allowed to enter. Between the solid yellow lines is the forklift channel.
Forklifts should be slow-moving at low speed, the speed limit in the field is 5 kilometers per hour, and no one is allowed to unload within 3 meters, and when the driver leaves the forklift, the fork must fall to the ground and turn off.
If you feel unwell during operation, you should stop working immediately and report to the person in charge. No one is allowed to use a mobile phone when operating a forklift.

After the forklift transports the items in place, they should be placed in the required position; The lower part of the item should be padded with something to facilitate the fork teeth of the forklift to be withdrawn, and at the same time, the descending and forward tilting speed should be slow to prevent the item from tipping. The speed limit of forklifts in the factory area is 10km h;The speed limit of entering the company, workshop, warehouse and curve is 5km h;The speed limit is 3km h in the workshop, warehouse, intersection or corner, and the sight is obstructed and the horn should be sounded.
