The warm weather is exciting

It's been winter for many days, and it's been cold for a few days, so cold that people walking in the streets and alleys can't see it, and many people turn to nearby shopping malls to walk. Like them, although I went out, it took half the time less than usual, and I walked around and hurried home, it was really cold.

After a few days of such cold weather, the temperature warmed up again. Last night, the people we walked with got together again and talked about the reasons why we hadn't seen each other for a few days, and talked as we walked. One said, "This snow can't sit still again, it's civilized." I said, "Isn't it?" Yesterday I saw that the roads were all wet. The other said, "That's the salt that was sprinkled." "Yes, on snowy days, in order to melt the snow as soon as possible, the sanitation company often sprinkles salt on the snow roads.

Actually, sprinkling salt is the worst. The road surface here is black painted, and then the guardrails of the non-motorized lanes are yellow and green. I've heard people say that black symbolizes oil, yellow symbolizes rice, and blue symbolizes the ocean. However, now the dark road surface has turned gray with salt, and the snow that has been sprinkled with salt cannot be piled up in the green areas by the roadside, so it has to be transported to an unknown place.

The salted snow is also very heavy, which puts a lot of burden on the sanitation workers who clear the snow, and they have to exert a lot of effort. Also, I found that when salt and snow were mixed together, it turned black, which had a chemical effect.

When I was a sanitation worker, I once went to work in the morning, and on the way, I picked up a frozen block of salt and snow, and when I looked closely, the snow was as black as a briquette, and then I realized that the two whites were black when they were mixed together.

This year, the snow in my area is too big, several times more than last year, and it seems that the snow that did not fall last year has been made up for us this year. I love the snowy weather and always go out on a snowy day to soak up some of the cool morning air and lift my spirits, really, well.

Today, when I walked home from the street, I looked east on the bridge and saw a puff of smoke coming out of a large chimney in the distance, drifting straight upwards, indicating that there was no wind at all. I pulled out my phone and recorded the moment in it.

In the morning, in the life square, I met two of my sanitation workers. They are full of grumbling because there are so few people now, there used to be eight people on this street, and now there are only four people left. The four of them have to take turns working overtime, although they earn more, but their bodies can't stand it from morning to night. He also said that he might not sweep in the morning, so he would work the eight-hour day shift, alas, it was difficult to do this work, mainly because there were no latecomers, unless the company recruited people with high qualifications.

Today is another sunny day. At nine o'clock, I pulled a small cart to sell scrap, and I walked sweaty, it was so warm. In such a cold season, we actually felt like spring, so there were many people walking in the park, and they talked as they walked. The most is still talking about the happiness that the weather brings to people.

I don't know if it's going to last a few days, but every warm day is exciting, and I'll be outside looking for more writing to share.
