In this world, there are many types of batteries, from commonly used dry batteries, accumulator batteries to miniature batteries, all of which play an important role in their respective fields. However, with the rise of new energy vehicles, the battery, which is its core power, is also facing new challenges. When the capacity of the batteries is less than 80%, they need to be replaced, which means that the battery of new energy vehicles needs to be replaced once in just 3 to 5 years. It is estimated that by 2020, the amount of power battery scrapped for pure electric passenger cars and hybrid passenger cars will reach a staggering 170,000 tons. Therefore, how to dispose of these waste power batteries has become an urgent issue.
At present, we use crushing and screening to process these used batteries. However, there was a clear problem with the existing processing equipment: the length of the overall line was too long, which took up a lot of space. In order to solve this problem, we propose a new electrode piece crushing and sorting equipment.

In some embodiments, the screening structure comprises a first sieve stratification and a second sieve stratification, and a sieving net is arranged between them. The aggregate system consists of an aggregate rack, bag clamper, big bag and other parts, which work together to ensure the collection and handling of materials.
Through a series of optimized designs, the efficiency and accuracy of the entire equipment have been improved.
