On the same day, UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Mohammed visited the exhibition and said that the holding of the Gulf Food Exhibition is a measure taken by the UAE to improve the efficiency of the global ** chain and cultivate new solutions. Mohammed believes that Dubai, as a hub for technological innovation and a key node in the world, has a key role to play in enhancing global food security with its high-quality infrastructure and connectivity.
In her opening remarks, the UAE's Minister of Climate Change and Environment, Amna, said that it is of great relevance to focus on the future of the food industry and food security. "The rising temperatures on our planet are affecting our natural environment. Amna noted that the UAE is committed to promoting advanced technologies for agricultural production in line with local climatic conditions, and the UAE's national food strategy aims to improve the sustainability of local production through the use of modern technologies.
