The Law of Attraction: A book worth reading again and again.

Recently, the unit has engaged in competition, facing the risk of losing employment, and has to give a speech on stage, which is full of fear for introverts.

My friend wanted to stay in the secondment unit, but the two companies did not coordinate well, faced many difficulties, was very stressed, and was very worried about the future situation.

No matter what stage people go to, they have fears and worries, long-term fears and worries will destroy physical health, and unlike the period of youth and ignorance, as you grow older, you know how to find a way to drive away your fears and worries, and find a way to solve the problems you encounter.

William Walker Atkinson's The Law of Attraction has a chapter devoted to how to drive away fear and worry, and there are a few memorable passages in it:

1. The best way to overcome the habit of fear is to first imagine that you have the courage to overcome this fear on a mental level.

2. Instead of telling yourself "I'm not afraid", it's better to tell yourself clearly that "I'm full of courage".

3. The product of negativity and death is anxiety, while the product of positivity and vitality is longing and ambition.

4. You know. Wise, pleasurable, happy thoughts attract us to wise, pleasurable, happy things, while worries scare them away.

I read this chapter over and over again, and my mood is quite stable.

In addition, I read Chapter 7 "Concentration Can Achieve Miracles", Chapter 10 "Love It to Get It", and Chapter 11 "Use Your Energy on the Blade".

To be honest, I want to repeat each chapter, I want to learn, and I am eager to solve my own real-world problems, improve my abilities, and achieve my goals through this knowledge.

It's too late to see this book.
