01Find out your sub-personality

02Keep a record of your sub-personality
Once these characters and non-characters have been imagined, the next step is to document their characteristics in the following ways:

Then there is the recording of the gender and age of the sub-personality, their appearance and clothing, and finally and most importantly, their personality and hobbies. These are actually the processes by which we recognize every aspect of ourselves.
03Distinguish your sub-personality
After we have elicited and recorded the sub-personality, we can make psychological adjustment by identifying the sub-personality.
