There are a few different ways to check the information and status of your solid-state drive (SSD) on your computer, depending on the operating system you're using. Here are a few common ways to view SSD information on Windows and macOS::
Open File Explorer.
In the left-hand navigation pane, click This PC or My Computer.
In the right window, you'll see all the drives listed, including SSDs. SSDs are usually not specifically marked, but you can identify it based on the size and name of the drive.
Right-click on the Start menu and select "Disk Management".
In Disk Management Tools, you'll see all your connected hard drives and their partitions. SSDs will be listed, but like HDDs, they are usually not explicitly labeled as SSDs. Depending on the drive's model and performance parameters, it is usually possible to tell which one is an SSD.
You can use the built-in "System Information" tool to view more detailed hardware information, or use third-party software such as "CrystalDiskInfo" or "SSD-Z" to check the details and health status of the SSD.
Tap the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen.
Select About This Mac.
Click on "System Reports".
In the system report window, select "SATA SATA Express" or "NVME" under "Hardware", depending on your SSD type.
In the right window, you can find the connected SSD and its details.
Open Applications> Utilities, > Disk Utility.
In Disk Utility, you'll see all the installed drives. Select your SSD to view basic information such as its capacity, usage, and more.
In the above way, you can find and view information about the SSD on your computer. If you need more detailed data analysis or monitor the health status of your SSD, it is recommended to use a specialized hard drive detection tool or software.
